Our Infrastructure
Our Area set-up space of 125,000 sq. ft. (11650 sq. m.) and a built-up area of 73000 sq. ft. (6800 sq. m) is enough space for machining and storing the finished components. These are divided as manufacturing units, quality testing department & stores.
We are a well known supply chain with a modern plant and machinery to manufacture high-standard quality Products.
We have various types of machinery including Tsugami Fix Head CNC, Citizen Sliding Head CNC, Tornos Sliding Head CNC, Hanwha Sliding Head CNC, Tsugami Sliding Head, Sliding Head Automats(Strohm), Sliding Head Automats(Tornos) and all other operating system. Machines like milling, drilling, SPMs, Tapings, etc.

RM Storage
In Devi, Our RM Storage team is dedicated to the product Storage space in Jamnagar. We do the observation, packing, loading and Transport of merchandise for you.
CNC department
In this department, We offer numerical control of CNC machines. It is the automated control of machining tools (such as drills, lathes, mills and 3D printers) by means of a computer. In modern CNC systems, the design of a mechanical part and its manufacturing program is highly automated.
washing area
We provide a washing area for your machine. A fixed area where all of the CNC Machine washing processes are done.
Conventional machine
We also have machines for Conventional machining which is necessary for our production. Some series are small, they demand various machining processes and accuracy, which we can guarantee with TURNING, MILLING, DRILLING & SLOTTING GEARING.
SPM & Hand-operated Machine
We offer SPM machines with Design & manufacture them as per the Customer’s Specific Requirements. And that is controlled by a person rather than being automatic.
Toolroom
WE provide Toolroom machinery. It’s the same as an engine lathe. Its parts are manufactured with great precision and in order. This machine is used for high precision grinding matching.
Admin Office
Our administrator has the control of ensuring that the administrative activities within a company run efficiently by providing the structure of working to employees throughout the company in the admin office.
